Yes! Through our unique partnership with Rocky Mountain College in Calgary, Accelerate holds accredited status with the Association of Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). For more on Rocky’s accreditation, visit HERE

The first step in applying is scheduling an appointment with our admissions coordinator. This will be an opportunity to meet you, hear about your needs and goals and answer any questions you may have about Accelerate. Once we’ve had the chance to meet, we’ll send you the rest of the application package.

Admissions Requirements
All applicants must demonstrate the following in the application from, or provide separately as part of the application process:
A commitment to following Jesus and to the pursuit of spiritual maturity
A commitment to worship and serve alongside a local gathering of Christ-followers and previous participation in a local church for a minimum of one year
A minimum high-school diploma (or equivalent) and a grade-average of 65%
Proficiency in spoken and written English

Provide a government-recognized high-school transcript or higher
Provide two references - one being a pastoral reference

Contact our Admissions Director for specific tuition cost details. One of the values of Accelerate is ‘Affordable and Practical Education’, so you can expect our tuition to be lower compared to traditional Bible Colleges.
For the 10 month ECHO program, you will make 2 equal payments - one at the beginning of your program and the other one five months later. For the 30 month LAUNCH program, you’ll make seven equal payments at the beginning of your program, and then every four months thereafter.
Tuition covers all academic courses and apprenticeship training.
Tuition does not cover travel costs to or from your apprenticeship location or course textbooks. If you choose to complete the apprenticeship portion of the program away from home, there may be some additional costs to billet with a local family.

YES! Because of our unique partnership with Rocky Mountain College, students who demonstrate financial need are eligible to apply for the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP). Funding applications should be submitted at LEAST 6 to 8 weeks before the program begins. For more information on Rocky’s student loan funding, visit HERE

YES! With each of our programs, you’ll have the opportunity to select from doing the apprenticeship portion of the program either at your Local Church, at Bethany Community Church in St. Catharines, or at one of our Partner Churches
This means you don't have to move away! You can choose to stay local and continue serving in and making a difference with your home church! We will work with you to find the right fit that meets your needs

If you choose to do your apprenticeship portion of the program at Bethany or in one of our partner churches - and you don’t live within a reasonable driving distance from these locations, there are options to billet with church families who will provide you with room and board. This may incur additional fees

YES! The first 10 months of the longer Launch program is essentially our Echo program. So at any point in time during the 10-month Echo program, you can choose to jump into the 24-month Launch program and move from a Certificate program and earn a Bachelor's degree!

With our Virtual Live Classroom, you participate with the class as if you were in person - raise your hand, ask questions, and engage in group discussion virtually. Virtual classes are scheduled Mondays from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm EST. Our Virtual Live Classroom is open to audit students as well. So whether you live in Sarnia, Saskatoon or Surrey, you don’t need to travel to get an interactive education!

YES, you can join anytime! Because we are not semester-based like a traditional school, you can essentially start anytime! You would graduate either 10 or 30 months after you start for our respective Echo and Launch programs.

Accelerate and our partner Rocky Mountain College will work with you to give you all the credit we’re able to offer for your previous educational achievements.

Yes. While it is possible to work part-time outside of your apprenticeship, Accelerate is an expedited apprenticeship program, and you will benefit the most from the experience if it has your full focus and attention.
